Family friendliness is important to crossbase

Böblingen, 11.07.2019: The compatibility of work and family life has been an essential part of our personnel work for years. As a new member of the nationwide corporate network "Success Factor Family", we now benefit from the experience and good examples of its members.

The corporate network "Success Factor Family" was founded in 2007 by the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs and the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce as a central platform for family-friendly companies. Since then, it has grown continuously and now has over 7,400 members, ranging from small businesses to DAX companies.
