Salesforce supports our customers in customer acquisition, proposal generation and lead management.
As a basis, the crossbase PIM, MAM and cross-media solution provides optimal and up-to-date product information.
The Low Code Intelligent Automation Tool from locoia forms the interface between the crossbase API server and Salesforce. Product information such as images, texts and features are transmitted.
The interface has already been implemented by crossbase and locoia at the joint customer i.safe MOBILE GmbH.
