Data protection declaration

We attach the highest importance to the protection of your privacy

When processing personal data, we comply with the provisions of the data protection legislation applicable to us. As the data controller, we have implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete possible protection of the personal data processed via this website.

However, Internet-based data transmissions can in principle have security gaps, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, every person concerned is free to transmit personal data to us by alternative means, e.g. by post.

1. Responsible

This privacy policy applies to data processing by:

  • crossbase mediasolution GmbH Germany (Böblingen)
  • crossbase mediasolution GmbH Austria (Bregenz)
  • crossbase holding GmbH Austria (Bregenz)
  • crossbase SARL France (Besançon)

2. Collection and storage of personal data through use of this website

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files which are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

However, if IP anonymization has been activated on this site, in member states of the European Union and other countries which are signatories to the EEC agreement, your IP address will first be shortened by Google. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to and shortened on a Google server in the USA. Google will use this information on behalf of the website operator to analyze your use of the site, compile reports on site activity, and provide other services relating to site and Internet usage. The IP address collected from your browser by Google Analytics will not be linked with any other data held by Google.

You can disable cookies by selecting the appropriate setting in your browser. Please note, however, that this may prevent you from making full use of the functions on this website. You can also prevent the website usage data collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being stored and processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available through this link: Plugin for deactivating Google Analytics . Alternatively, click on this link: Disable Google Analytics

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type/Browser version
  • used operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data will not be merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set, only accept cookies in a particular case, reject cookies in certain cases or always, or automatically delete them when you close your browser. If you disable cookies, you may not be able to use all the features on this website.
