The crossbase trainee program for application consultants and project managers

As a recent graduate of (business) computer science or a comparable degree program, do you want to go above and beyond and are looking for a challenge?
We offer you a 6-month intensive trainee program with the goal of becoming an application consultant and project manager.

What you can expect as a crossbase trainee

Our trainee program is a special training program for our specialists and managers and the ideal career entry for university graduates.

During the six months that you complete the program, you will receive intensive training and seminars. In addition, you will gain insights into various company divisions and into the world of our customers.
Our goal is to take you on in a permanent and unlimited employment relationship.

The requirements

• You have demonstrated your determination and motivation at a technical college, university or cooperative university.

• The trainee program is a period of intensive training. This requires a healthy amount of ambition and discipline.

• You have the will to find the best solutions and you like to do it in a team.

The application process

After an initial interview, you will prove in an extensive recruitment test that you have the potential to become an application consultant and project manager. Strengths such as logical thinking, quick comprehension and good communication skills are required here.

Your trainee program

At crossbase you will receive a well-founded induction. We take the time to train you intensively as a consultant and project manager. You will receive concentrated know-how from our experienced application consultants and project managers on various topics and contents. This includes both theoretical and practical topics related to customer projects.

You will also participate in internal training on project management and organization. This is supplemented by external training in project management or on a comparable topic.
