The crossbase support team offers efficient assistance for any kind of problem. You can contact our support experts from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 6.00 pm - you will be put straight through to your adviser. A support issue that cannot be dealt with over the phone is assigned a ticket. You can view the status of your support enquiry online at any time. For blocking issues we offer a guaranteed resolution time of 2 working days. Defects are fixed at no charge.

crossbase customers receive regular updates on the latest innovations, product enhancements, and tips for working with crossbase modules. Product information is clearly explained using practical examples, which users can follow easily with the current software. This service is free to all crossbase customers.

The crossbase website and brochure provide potential customers with information not only about the company, but all aspects of product communication. There are specially designed Guided Tours for different user groups, examples of best practice from reference customers, information about different applications and products, regular news updates, and a subscriber newsletter, which appears three times a year.
